What if I can't find what I am looking for?
If you don't see a product you're looking for, let us know and we will give you a price quote (if by email, info@hairformen.com; by phone 1-800-927-0874). We have many items in stock which are not on our site. Generally if it is any type of hairgood, we can get it for you.

How do I know if a product is available?
We have a huge inventory of over 100,000 items in our warehouse, so we often have the item in stock. Items that are not in stock will be ordered the same day we receive the order, and usually are received in one to three days. Occasionally an item is backordered for an extended period of time in which case we will notify you of the status and the expected due date.

How do I place an order?
Hair For Men's purchase process is secure and simple. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Click on the product you want to buy.

  • Choose the quantity that you would like to order
  • Click on the "Add to Basket" button.

2. You'll proceed to a summary screen that shows you what's in your shopping basket. Here, you can:

  • Remove items by clicking on "Remove Product"
  • Go back and do more shopping by clicking on "Back"
  • Update the quantity you'd like to buy by clicking on "update"

3. When you're finished shopping and have clicked on "Continue":

  • You'll be given yet another opportunity to update the quantity selected, add or remove items, or change the order information. If you're ready to make your purchase,
  • Click on "Order Now" and you're done.
*For added security, credit cards presented for ordering will be screened thoroughly.
  • When the "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses are the same, the Bill To information must be on file with the issuing bank.
  • When the "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses are different, both addresses must be on file with the issuing bank.

Can I order by phone?
Absolutely! The Hair For Men online ordering system is one of the safest, most efficient methods of order entry possible. However, we understand that often customers want to speak with a live salesperson.

Will I be taxed on my purchases?

  • The tax that is charged on your order is based on your "ship to address".
  • All orders within the United States, but outside of California are tax-free. Orders shipped to an address in California are charged sales tax, unless you are a business and send us a resale card.

When will my order be processed?

  • All orders placed on our web site are processed the next business day at the latest.

Can I change an order that has already been submitted?

  • You may cancel the order at any time, unless the item has already been shipped to you.
  • If you have mistakenly placed an order, you have two options: you can refuse delivery, or you can return the item according to our Return Policy.

When will my credit card be charged for an order?

  • The full charge will be processed when your order has shipped.

How do I get a final invoice for a purchase?

  • The invoice will be included along with the items ordered. You will also receive an email record of the purchase.

  • We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information on our website. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
